Project 82 aims to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us. Product and pricing

Project 82 ships throughout Australia using our designated courier service. Overseas delivery is currently not available. Delivery is charged according to destination and weight. Furniture items will be delivered via our preferred carrier, who will make delivery arrangements directly with you. Free pick up is available from our Alexandria, NSW showroom.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. During sale periods, processing time may be longer.
All of our products are subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that an item is not available Project 82 will contact you immediately and give you the option of selecting an alternate item or a return. Lead times will vary depending on the item ordered and quantity specified. Our team will notify you of the lead-time upon placement of your order. We stock only a small portion of our goods in store; the majority is shipped directly from a variety of warehouses across Australia. Please confirm delivery dates with Project 82 prior to placing an order.
Please ensure adequate site access. For difficult access, you may be charged an extra fee. Project 82 do not accept responsibility for issues pertaining to access of the property.
If you are choosing to collect from our St Peters showroom please wait for us to confirm that the item is ready for collection. For bulky items please bring people to assist with loading into your vehicle. Our staff may not be available or capable to assist on day of collection.
Refund and exchange policy
We request that you examine the goods at the time of delivery, and notify us of any fault or damage within 24 hours.
Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We accept exchanges or exchange for a credit note as long as the following terms are met:
• Project 82 are notified by email within 72 hours
• The item will need to be returned in original packaging to Project 82, within 7 days of receiving the goods. Postage and handling in this situation will be at the expense of the customer.
• Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable
Unfortunately, custom items which have been arranged by a specific customer request, cannot be returned or exchanged.
