Where are your products made?
Most of our in-house brands are made locally using Sydney based designers & manufacturers. We pride ourselves on quality and supporting Australian made where we can. Many of our other brands are warehoused in Melbourne and sourced from around the globe.
Do you have a showroom or stockists in Melbourne?
Unfortunately no, we would love to open up I’m Melbourne some day - but for now we are a small team, and only have our showroom in Sydney where our makers are based.
We happily deliver to Melbourne, and do so a lot, but all our sofas are in private businesses and residences. Perhaps best to drop by and say hello next time you’re in Sydney if you’d like to have a feel and a sit on the sofas.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most of our items do with come warranties however circumstances change for each product. Ask one of our staff about the warranty of the product and we’ll happily send through the correct information.
What are your lead times?
All lead times vary across each product. These can range anywhere from 3 days to 3 months. It is always best to check with us prior to purchase to avoid disappointment. Custom items designed for you will always carry an extended lead time.
What if I purchase online and my product is out of stock?
Upon placing an order online you will receive an order confirmation within 24hrs advising you of the ETA of your product. It is vital that you respond to us within 72hrs to confirm you are happy to wait as no refunds will be made against purchases made after the initial 72hr period. Again we always recommend given us a call prior to placing online orders to avoid disappointment.
What if I purchase a product and my lead times change?
As items not in our house collections are not exclusive to Project 82, stock levels can change rapidly. Please be aware that no item is held until a deposit has been made on the product therefore we can not be responsible for an item being out of stock after the initial quote took place.
Will my product look like it did online?
We work with a photographer to represent our images as best we can, however we strongly recommend a visit to our showroom to view the products insitu. Each piece of marble, each hide of leather and each cut of timber is completely natural and therefore will possess uniquely inherent markings. Exact colours and markings cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for what we consider inherent to our product.
Do you offer discounts if I purchase a few items at once?
We offer 'furniture packages', where discounts will apply if a collection items are placed together in one order. Speak to our team about how we can help.
